A village situated between vineyards and wine cellars

Cornaiano, which is situated in higher altitude than the other localities, offers a fascinating panoramic view on the valley. The sunny side of Appiano offers different possibilities to make extended walks and hikes, as in this area you will enjoy the warm sunrays much longer than in other places.

The village is primarily known for its wine and the different wine cellars and winegrowers, which produce the good wine.

One of the highlights in the municipality is definitley the Wine Cellar Festival of Cornaiano, taking place every second year.

Also the traditional Martini Market on 11th of November is a very popular event.

Of course the village offers much more possibilities to make your holidays varied and memorable: a bike trip in the Oltradige region, different sport activities or a pleasant dinner for two... sit back and enjoy your holidays!
