This little place is surrounded by vineyards

Villa di Mezzo is situated above the centre of the village and is surrounded by numerous residences. Just within a few minutes you can reach the centre of Caldaro by foot. The locality of Villa di Mezzo is also a perfect starting point for bike tours and extended walks across the meadows and vineyards.

Surrounded by the wineries of the "Wine-yard Manincor" (at the Lake Caldaro), there is Campan Castel. Already in the 13th century this construction has been built in Gothic style by Conrad von Campan. Particularly worth to be seen are the steeples, the double-arched windows and the park, which in summer offers a splendid sea of flowers and plants.
